5. How to Pay

- Credit card or debit card (HBL, UBL, etc.)
- Online bank transfer
- Easypaisa or JazzCash (mobile wallet)
- Cash on Delivery (pay when book arrives)

- We keep your card details secure
- No one else can see your information
- If payment fails, you'll get a message immediately
6. Book Delivery
How Many Days for Delivery?
- In Karachi: 4-7 days
- Other cities: 5-7 days
We Send Packages Via
- Leopards or TCS courier
- Your book will reach the address you gave us
- If book doesn't arrive, tell us immediately
If Book Arrives Damaged or Wrong
- Tell us within 7 days
- Send us a photo
- We will send a new book.
7. How to Return Books (Return Policy)
Return Within 30 Days
The book must be:
- Completely new condition
- No writing, marking, or damage
- With the original box and tag
- With the receipt
Return Shipping Cost
- You pay to send it back
- We only pay shipping if the book was wrong or damaged
When You Get Your Money Back
- After book reaches us: 10 days
- We return money to the same way you paid us
Which Books Can't Be Returned?
- Books that have been read (pages turned yellow or folded)
- Books with writing or marks on them
- More than 30 days have passed
- Books bought on "Final Sale"
8. E-Books (Online Books)
Download Immediately
- After payment, download the book right away
- You'll get a link by email
- Read on your mobile phone or computer
E-Books Can't Be Returned
- Once you download, no refund
- This book is only for you
9. Your Responsibilities
Keep Your Account Safe
- Don't give your password to anyone
- If someone else uses your account, you are responsible
- Tell us immediately if misused
Things That Are NOT Allowed
These are completely forbidden:
- Don't share or sell books: Don't give e-books to others
- Don't copy e-books illegally
- No fraud: Don't buy using false information
- Don't bother others: No bad language or threats
- Don't damage our website: No hacking or viruses
If you do these:
- Your account will be closed
- No refund
10. Reviews and Comments
You Can Give Reviews If
- You bought the book from us
- Give honest opinion
NOT Allowed
- Bad language or abuse
- Sharing links or phone numbers
- Advertising other shops
- Fake reviews (books you didn't read)
If you break these rules, we'll delete your review.
11. Who Owns the Books?

- The person who wrote the book is the owner
- When you buy, you only get the right to read it
- You can sell physical books to others
- You can't share e-books with anyone
